Montana here we come...or rather, here we are!

So much for my *empty* promises of posting more regularly.  I do have excuses, but I will save them for a rainy day.

Jim and I are currently in Montana visiting friends and family.  We're having a good time; however, true to our vacation history, the weather hasn't been the idyllic big blue sunny skies Montana's Big Sky normally has to offer.    But nonetheless, we're getting out and about, logging over 1050 miles on the rental car to date.

The list of wildlife we've seen continues to grow on a daily basis.  We've seen antelope, mule deer, whitetail deer, bison, elk, marmots, chipmunks, groundhogs, black-tailed prairie dogs, ducks, an eagle (we think), an otter, and then the normal common little birds.  The highlight has been the momma grizzly bear and her two cubs.

I've taken so many (many!) pictures thus far, but I will have to go through them when we get back home to pick out a handful to post here.

:)
